Warranty Guideline

In SNIFZ our priority is product quality and the second is after-sales services, we take it very seriously because we don’t want our customers to feel frustrated with our product & for that, we have different guarantee duration for different products (which is maintained by a professional team of our technical department).
In case of any issues, we ensure that your problem will solve in the estimated time of
24 to 48 hours at your doorstep with nominal charges of 450/-

Products Guarantee

  • Two Years motor replacement of Hood.
  • Two Years parts repair if replacement needed it will be replaced for free.
  • Two Years burning and flame guarantee of hob, Auto-injections are not included.
  • One Year glass replacement of hob, mishandling will not be entertained.
  • Two Years parts and glass replacement of built-in oven and built-in microwave.
  • Two Years 304 S.S Sink and Faucet guarantee, Waster pipes are not included.
  • Three Years super suction hood warranty.
  • One Year Warranty of Hot plate, Dishwasher, and Built-in Fridge.

Note: All spare parts are available within warranty, after warranty a reasonable price will be charged.
In case of any damage, our technician will visit your place to diagnose the issue. If glass replacing needed, customers
will be requested to drop their appliance at our complaint center and get it picked up when ready.
